Five years ago, Manari* joined BLC after her mother learned about Vision Rescue by chance from locals in the community. Her sister was the first to join our BLC in 2018. This opportunity unlocked educational possibilities that were once beyond their reach. We are grateful for your support, dear donors, Manari thrives academically at BLC, aspiring to become a scientist.
Manari’s father is a driver, while her mother is a skilled tailor juggling household chores while also pursuing her 10th-grade education. With counselling and encouragement from our CCC and BLC teachers, Manari’s mother found the motivation to pursue her education after a long gap. She took her board exams last month and is currently awaiting the results. Her journey inspires not only her family but also the community around her.
Manari and her family have come a long way. They’ve fought against incredible odds to access education and healthcare. We express our heartfelt gratitude to our donors for providing opportunities for Manari and her siblings.
