We have seen this truth with our very eyes as young girls have developed through the VR Girls Football program.
It’s easy for young girls to feel undervalued, left out and even less than in certain situations. We remind them everyday in our program that they are priceless, capable of achieving great things and potential leaders of India’s future!
Teamwork, Determination, Endurance and Leadership are some of the values learned on the pitch but applicable to everyday life.
In providing a safe place to develop their skills, we’ve seen these girls come out of their shells and believe in themselves like never before.
