Testimonials
Love, care, compassion and non-discrimination are the four attributes that I’ve experienced in Vision Rescue. During my several years of experience here, my leadership skills have been brought to the fore. I have also received considerable exposure and practical experience in public health dentistry. My interactive skills were finetuned and the ability to take up more responsibilities with unselfish ambition gradually grew in me.
Dr. Reena Thomas Chief Mentor (Dental Care Support)
What I love the most about working at Vision Rescue is the family culture here. Every employee here celebrates and encourages each other. They’re always thinking of how to help each other grow. Nobody here is labelled ‘big’ or ‘small’. Whether they are in senior leadership positions or junior roles, everyone is treated equally - just like how we would treat the members of our family. I’ve been working here for 11 years now. I started as an office boy. My leaders here encouraged me to complete my Class 10, Class 12, three years of teacher training and today I’m working as a Senior Child Educator. I look forward to empowering many more children in the days to come with Vision Rescue.
Rajesh Pednekar Senior Child Educator
For the last three years I've been working at Vision Rescue as a Senior Community Counsellor. I love the way Vision Rescue operates. For the growth of children, they work with the whole community. I have also seen so much growth in my personal and professional life after working at Vision Rescue. I have learnt how to communicate with people, build rapport with children and their families. I am so happy that along with Vision Rescue, I am able to look after not just the education of children, but the empowerment of their parents too. I wish to grow more with Vision Rescue and continue working with children.
Atish Kedare Senior Community Counsellor
The best thing about Vision Rescue is its conducive work culture. Vision Rescue shows compassion and love, not only to the beneficiaries, but to each and every person associated with them. During the last four years of my work here, the main thing I have learned is Emotional Intelligence. It really helped me in professional as well as in personal life to value, nurture and enhance my relationships. I could personally connect with each and every employee, beyond just organizational work or tasks. Professionally, I also got so much freedom to explore my own strengths, which were so far unknown to me. I was earlier working as a manager, but Vision Rescue helped me to become a leader. Working with really needy people and uplifting them was my dream. I am living my dream in reality while working with Vision Rescue.
